About usAs a family orientated club we have a strong history of developing young cricketers. Many of the players now in our senior sides started off as a colts with us. The sessions are based around having fun and teaching new skills. Our coaches pride themselves having personal rapports with each individual and providing personal plans for each colt.
Our CoachesAndy Weston , Paul Doyle and Pete Edge are all ECB Level 2 Coaches and have DBS clearance.

The focus here is still having fun for all the family. The training is based around teaching some basic fundamentals and techniques, with the intention that they will want to continue to enjoy and learn as they progress through the age groups.U11's
At this age group colts will hone their basic skills and learn more difficult skills to continue their personal development.U13's
Youngsters will be encouraged to learn about the game and given the opportunity to compete in their own age groups and in view of getting them ready for adult cricket when ready in years to come. We place a huge emphasis on giving youngsters the platform to express themselves. Our club has a long history of seeing fathers and sons or daughters playing in the same team, which helps to make the club what it is. |

All Stars CricketAll Stars Cricket returns for the 2020 season following the success of previous years. All Stars Cricket is a initiative from the England and Wales Cricket Board aimed at all abilities, male or female between the ages of five and eight. This is a great first experience into cricket. Don't forget it comes with a personalised kit bag for every Player. We boast the highest participation for girls across Essex at 48% in 2018.
