Junior home page
As a family orientated club we have a strong history of developing young cricketers. Many of the players now in our senior sides started off as a colts with us. The sessions are based around having fun and teaching new skills. Our coaches pride themselves having personal rapports with each individual and providing personal plans for each colt.
Andy Weston , Paul Doyle and Pete Edge are all ECB Level 2 Coaches and have DBS clearance.

The focus here is still having fun for all the family. The training is based around teaching some basic fundamentals and techniques, with the intention that they will want to continue to enjoy and learn as they progress through the age groups.
At this age group colts will hone their basic skills and learn more difficult skills to continue their personal development.
Youngsters will be encouraged to learn about the game and given the opportunity to compete in their own age groups and in view of getting them ready for adult cricket when ready in years to come. We place a huge emphasis on giving youngsters the platform to express themselves. Our club has a long history of seeing fathers and sons or daughters playing in the same team, which helps to make the club what it is.
To late to start...it's never too late. We will have you up to speed in no time in this welcoming environment!
